Our President confirmed that we did have a quorum for the meeting.
There were 15 members present plus 3 non-ham guests.
Our President reminded everyone to sign in, pay dues, purchase raffle tickets and all that good stuff.
Introductions were made by everyone present.
Sunshine Fund Report: Jerry Fuge is still in a coma in a hospital in Las Vegas, Spring Valley Hospital, Room 358. There is no point in sending him “get well” cards at this time.
Secretaries Report: Not available at this time, but has been previously submitted to all members via email.
Treasurer Report: Glen, WL7WU, reports that that there is $1961.94 in the bank and $363.00 cash on hand.
Announcements / Discussion: None presented.
Old Business: Field Day will be held Saturday, 28 June 2025, at the EOC. This is NOT open to the public. PARRA and Nye County Emergency Group members ONLY are allowed in. No public announcement of the event is to be made. This is to be a ONE DAY event for us, only Saturday.
A motion was made by Steve, KE7KHE, to have the Club purchase some hot dogs (30), Hamburgers (30), plus sufficient buns and condiments, paper plates, and plastic utensils to feed the members and EOC members on Field Day. Motion seconded by Ernie Peltz, and an all in favor vote was taken, motion passed. (task has not yet been assigned, but Debbie and I can probably taken care of that. – Secretary)
New Business: Beth, KK7ZZM, will be in touch with the Website Developer, Tim Doyle, to work on a new logo for the club. (I have seen it, it looks great! – Secretary). Beth also volunteered to temporarily take notes for the club until a permanent Secretary can be found. She cannot do this on a permanent basis.

Next Meeting
The next club meeting will be on Friday June 13th, 2025 at 5:15 pm at the: Nye County Emergency Operations Center (EOC), 1510 Siri Ln, Pahrump, NV 89060.
After the meeting we held the usual Raffle. The pot held a total of $50, with $25.00 going to the club and $25.00 going to Lou Purdy, KJ7HE, who promptly donated his half ($25) to the club for food supplies for Field Day.
