Our President confirmed that we did have a quorum for the meeting.

Our President reminded everyone to sign in, pay dues, purchase raffle tickets and all that good stuff.
Introductions were made by everyone present.
Sunshine Fund: Debbie reports that there is about $100 in the fund.
Secretaries Report: Minutes of the March 14th, 2025, meeting were presented and approved.
Treasurer Report: Glen, WL7WU, (see only ONE “n”!) reports that there are 21 paid members and 16 previously listed members as unpaid. There is $1961.94 in the bank and $519.00 cash on hand, for a total of 2480.94.
Status of Jerry Fuge (as known at the time of the club meeting) is that he was back in the hospital after several falls and some additional broken bones. He is (was) in a rehabilitation hospital on W. Sunset in LV. He is 82 years young. Today is also his birthday. He is also collecting Sunshine Fund cards. Further details are available from Steve, KE7KHE.
Announcements / Discussion:
There was no report on the Pahrump Museum.
Repeater status was okay and fully operational.

New Business:
Discussion of Field Day at the EOC and mostly agreed to have operate mostly daytime hours. There are facilities
Discussion of club meeting quorum for the next meeting. No one was sure if the absence of the Secretary would break the need for a “quorum”. In the end we decided to hold a meeting anyway.
Check the expiration date on your Amateur Radio license! Be sure yours hasn’t expired.
Jerry, N7HYV, has a TA-33 beam and a tower. Any takers?
Discussion of developing a new logo for the club. Beth, KK7ZZM, is a graphic artist and has taken on the task of creating a new logo.
There was a general discussion of miscellaneous topics that lasted about 10 minutes. Specifics were not recorded.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 5:45 pm but was not recorded.

The next club meeting will be on Friday May 9th, 2025 at 5:15 pm at the new location:

After the meeting we held the usual Raffle. The pot held a total of $41, with $20.00 going to the club and $21.00 going to Carl, WB7DUJ.
